Yes! The Elite plan includes one free family member. Professional allows up to 5 people and 3 businesses. Family members must provide proof of shared address and complete USPS Form 1583.
Elite plans include a complimentary 1-week hold for packages up to 30 lbs. After that: $7.50/week (≤30 lbs), $12.50/week (30–69 lbs), $25/week (70–150 lbs), $150/week (palletized). Professional and Premium plans have extended holds.
Absolutely! Our Professional plan is specifically designed for businesses — you can register up to 3 businesses and have up to 5 authorized people on the account.
