Is this remote online notarization?
No. The notary physically travels to the customer and physical appearance remains required.
Does WeShip choose the notarial act for me?
No. Staff cannot provide legal advice or choose the act. Ask the receiving agency or an attorney if you are unsure.
Is the travel fee a notarial fee?
No. Travel charges are displayed and recorded separately from state-regulated notarial fees.
What is the cancellation policy?
The deposit is refundable for customer changes at least 24 hours ahead and for staff cancellations. Late cancellations and no-shows normally forfeit it.
